1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OzAutoBook ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

OzAutoBook is an Australian online marketplace that connects vehicle owners with mechanics and car service centres. We facilitate introductions and bookings but are not a party to any service agreement between vehicle owners and mechanics.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Australia to use OzAutoBook. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Mechanic Listings

Mechanics and service centres listed on OzAutoBook are independent businesses. OzAutoBook does not employ mechanics and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by listed mechanics.

5. Payments

Payments for services are made directly to the mechanic or service centre. OzAutoBook does not currently process payments on behalf of any party.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzAutoBook excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including loss arising from reliance on mechanic listings, availability information, or service outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OzAutoBook, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OzAutoBook or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
